Using single and multi-cavity molds on presses rated from 55 to 725 tons, we have the capacity to manufacture precision molded parts ranging in weight from a mere 3 oz. to more than 8 lbs. We have experience using virtually all types of commodity and engineering resins, and have the ability to produce miniature to medium-sized insert and over molded parts with a range of geometric complexities. Lean systems of operation, combined with expert tool making capabilities, enable us to keep costs in line.
