Injection Molding & Assembly of a Lamp Housing & Cord Set

We deliver high quality injection molded products to customers in a wide variety of industries at DKM Manufacturing. Our commitment to quality was demonstrated when we were contracted by a customer in the agricultural industry to custom mold a lamp housing and assemble it with a cord set. We use UL rated materials to mold the housing and handle, using our Toyo Injection Molded presses. The product was then assembled at our plant, and given thorough dimensional and visual inspections. After ensuring that all customer specifications were achieved, including full Reach and RoHS compliance, this assembled unit was shipped to our customer. We offer make-to-order services for products such as these that average turnaround times ranging from next day service to 2 weeks. Our customer, who had worked with us before, was pleased with the results. We deliver these assemblies with a quick turnaround time and optional drop shipment.
