A client contracted us to manufacture engineered resin handles, levers & components for use in automotive and agricultural applications. The parts would be composed of Nylon and Terblend, materials that would satisfy the customers’ requirements that the finished parts be conflict mineral free, and be Reach and RoHS compliant.
We worked with the client to develop the right solution, thoroughly researching materials that would meet the manufacturer’s requirements. The project requires utilizing our Toyo injection molding presses as well as pad printing or hot stamping. Finished parts ranged in size from small to large, all of which was tested for visual and dimensional quality.
Our client was so pleased with our work that they awarded us with their Supplier of the Year award. This project also allowed us to maintain our high PPM scores of continual excellence.
